Climate Chnage: Oman has warm desert weather all year round. However the winter is the best time to travel with temperatures averaging 25-30°C. The summer period is hot and humid with temperatures peaking to 47°C.

Electricity: UK and European plug.

Visa: A single entry visa can be obtained upon entry into Oman, which is valid for 30 days at a charge of approximately OMR6. Australian citizens can obtain a single entry visa prior to departure if they prefer from the Consulate-General.
